Senior Finance Manager

Hays Senior Finance are recruiting on behalf of their exclusive & established manufacturing client based in Kirkcaldy for a permanent Senior Finance Manager to join their busy team. Salary is £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + £6,500 per annum car allowance, annual bonus up to 10%, private medical insurance and highly competitive pension & annual leave entitlement. This company also offers hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 from home.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, your main role will be to provide management with accurate, timely and relevant financial reports for the UK business, enabling effective decision-making. You will prepare month-end reports and KPI's and act as a strong finance business partner for heads of departments. You will prepare budgeting & forecasting. You will efficiently & effectively manage a finance team covering various areas including purchase ledger, expenses, cash & banking, tax and payroll. You will complete year end process, financial control & also be involved in process & system improvement.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Accountant (qualified by experience will also be considered) who is experienced in financial control & staff supervision / management. You will have strong IT skills in particular with Excel & ERP Systems. You will be a strong finance business partner with excellent reporting & analysis skills. You will be a proactive and forward-thinking individual who can also work independently.
