SalaryA Not-for-Profit organisation with offices in Central London is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Senior Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working 2 days per week in the office. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and supervising one Accounts Assistant the Senior Finance Manager will:
- Oversee/design and implement Financial Controls to ensure that the organisation is best placed to minimalise any unnecessary losses
- Act as a business partner with key stakeholders in order to gain up-to-date date to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Alongside the COO, lead on the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Produce monthly management accounting packs for review for the Senior leadership team
- Oversee all transactional accounting (AP/AR/Treasury) and payment of Grant/Donations.
This role would suit an ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified Accountant with considerable experience working within the Not-for-Profit/Charity sector. The Senior Finance Manager is expected to possess strong MS Excel skills and be comfortable mentoring a staff member. It would be highly beneficial if the Senior Finance Manager already has experience with Grants and Donors.
