Senior Finance Operations Manager    Annual Salary: £53,993 to £71,663
Location: Hybrid (Hounslow 2 days in office)   Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the transactional Finance and Accounts services for our clients. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable service lines, as well as experience in implementing process improvements and driving change management. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding contract performance, ensuring the team meets their Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, and adopting new technology to transform service areas.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

• As Senior Finance Operations Manager you will manage the team’s performance against budget and cash targets.
• Implement and communicate operational strategies and solutions in line with the Business Plan.
• Achieve contractual Service Level Agreements and meet all Key Performance Indicators.
• Ensure all policies and procedures relating to the Service Lines under management are implemented and adhered to.
• Deliver the agreed level of organic growth through account development.
• Provide leadership and development of the service teams.
• Drive and deliver process changes to improve service delivery.
• Manage staffing levels and performance targets.
• Identify and control operational risks across the service.
• Ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery requirements are documented.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strategic thinking and collaboration skills to set and agree on priorities.
• Effective communication with individuals at various levels of seniority.
• Service delivery background, preferably in a commercial outsourced environment.

• Attention to detail and good coaching and mentoring skills.
• Professional accountancy qualifications or equivalent level of experience.
