Senior Finance Recruiter

twentyAI's thriving Finance team are true market specialists with deep expertise across the breadth of general and specialist finance disciplines housed under a traditional CFO function. We focus on senior level accounting professionals and have existing clients and roles to work with from day one.  

Following significant success, we are looking to add an experienced candidate consultant to the London team.

As a delivery consultant you will be required to:

• Utilise multichannel headhunting and candidate generation techniques to identify and target niche skill sets
• Build and maintain a candidate database, deploying successful coding tactics to ensure access to relevant candidates
• Use social media to its fullest to attract, connect and speak with best in class candidates
• Become a specialist in understanding market trends/movers alongside multi-sector domain knowledge for market mapping to provide clients with high quality profiles for projects
• Obtain referrals for best in class candidates
• Qualifying candidates to establish candidate suitability and create shortlists whilst also obtaining leads and commercial information
• Nurture and protect client relationships throughout live processes
• Ensure sufficient updates and regular contact with relevant clients for mandates

Background needed to be successful:

• A demonstrable track record of delivering high calibre candidates into distinguished clientele
• Experience working in a delivery capacity across Accounting & Finance market
• Experienced in deploying various candidate generation techniques as outlined above
• Successfully managed multiple open mandates
• Experience of networking through clients and candidates (desirable)
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Innovative in ways to find the best talent
