Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with an extremely high calibre CFO of a large International business with Operations based in Blackburn in their search for a new Financial Controller. This is a newly created role due to sheer growth of the business, organically and via acquisition.
The Financial Controller will have responsibility for all financial operations of their services in Blackburn including team management of a small team. The role will have exposure to other business units and stakeholders internationally and will often be involved in cross-department projects locally, or strategic problem-solving teams internationally. This is a broad, highly visible, exciting role that will provide a lot of exposure with the direction of a strong Mentor.
The successful applicant will be an ambitious individual with the self-motivation and gravitas to lead. This role would naturally suit a technically strong practice trained finance professional with an ACA/ACCA qualification and strong knowledge of Tax and IFRS.
