Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a self motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive on behalf of our client located in Walsall. 

As a Customer Service Executive your main responsibilities will include: 

• Processing customer's orders 
• Handling customer queries via telephone, email and on-line chat 
• Providing customers with updates on their orders 
• Processing customer return queries 
• Dealing with 3rd parties such as suppliers, manufacturers and couriers to ensure smooth running of customer's orders
• Driving value add to the brand to help grow the business commercially
• Maximising sales opportunities 
• Handling customer complaints 
• Being extra vigilant and proactive in spotting and preventing potential fraud cases and high risk/high value orders
• General administration and upkeep of the in house CRM system

Skills Required:

• Previous Customer Service experience in a similar role
• Accuracy towards grammar and spelling
• Good attention to detail and accuracy 
• Excellent telephone manner 

Working Hours:

• Primarily Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, overtime is available to meet operational requirements including weekends
