We are seeking a self motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive on behalf of our client located in Walsall.
As a Customer Service Executive your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer's orders
- Handling customer queries via telephone, email and on-line chat
- Providing customers with updates on their orders
- Processing customer return queries
- Dealing with 3rd parties such as suppliers, manufacturers and couriers to ensure smooth running of customer's orders
- Driving value add to the brand to help grow the business commercially
- Maximising sales opportunities
- Handling customer complaints
- Being extra vigilant and proactive in spotting and preventing potential fraud cases and high risk/high value orders
- General administration and upkeep of the in house CRM system
Skills Required:
- Previous Customer Service experience in a similar role
- Accuracy towards grammar and spelling
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent telephone manner
Working Hours:
- Primarily Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, overtime is available to meet operational requirements including weekends
