Salary £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience + bonuses + private medical cover

Location: home-based -London – Home Counties – must be able to attend meetings in London as required

Oak Private Wealth is a small, happy company that is directly registered with the FCA. We manage over £100M for 120 families in a well-established client base. 

Our existing senior administrator is retiring, so we’d look for you to learn from her, then take over the reins. You will not be alone, as it’s a two-person role, but as our current administrator is new(ish), so she will need your evaluation, support and development.  

Importantly we’re looking for capability and the right attitude. You will love this job if;

• You want to work in a small company (therefore your role is highly visible)
• You appreciate the freedom and responsibility of being a self-starter, capable of independent work (whilst being part of a supportive team).
• You enjoy dealing with clients directly and will put their needs at the heart of what you deliver.
• You are experienced at working in a financial planning firm and hold a minimum of DipPFS.
• You enjoy both following and creating processes that maximise efficiency and delivery.
• You are looking to lead a team and 'own’ this part of the business.
• We’re cloud based and paperless, so you’ll need to be happy to engage with IT, systems and trading platforms. We use Intelligent Office so experience with this platform would be desirable
