Job Description
Seeking an experienced FM Subject Matter Expert for our Client, an integrated services and support solutions global specialist focused on supply chain management.
Operating in varying sectors across the globe (such as Defence, Health, Engineering etc) this role is very closely aligned to the Bids Team. Your focus during bid solution development will be on Hard & Soft FM services, in addition to providing support for other required service disciplines, estimating, pricing, commercial review, and risk/opportunity analysis.
As part of the Bid Team you will be responsible for developing winning solutions for Preventative, Reactive & Grounds Maintenance as well as Engineering Works in order to meet their client’s requirements and deliver profitable long-term cash flows through contract retention, contract extensions, and new contract wins.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Proven experience in successful estimating within Facilities Management
• Proven experience within a data analysis/comparable role, with a demonstrable track record of accurate costings and being part of a winning team
• Experienced in different pricing approaches, such as top down and bottom up, and employing a range of commercial models
• Work with the sales and business development teams, providing technical support during strategic planning meetings and discussions.
• Propose solutions for potentially difficult technical or facility management related opportunities such as remote sites development
• Determine mobilization timelines and produce programs, flowcharts and histograms where appropriate.
• Produce detailed method statements, operating procedures, templates and checklists according to specification and Scope of Services.
• Provide Planned Preventive Maintenance Programs and schedule required service intervals according to Manufacturers recommendations and guidelines.

This role is project based and therefore you must be comfortable working from home but also on site when projects demand it (Europe and Dubai). This role will require time on site for the first 2 /3 months in order to become established within the department and company and therefore requires a willingness to learn.
Location: Remote working with travel required.
Type: The role is offered as a long term contract on a rolling basis.
