My Legal client is looking for a Senior Front of House person to support their existing team. This is a new role designed due to growth. The ideal candidate will have reception managerial experience, 5 star customer service and an ability to supervise.
The role requires someone who is empathetic and confident both over the phone and in person due to the nature of the legal work this firm covers.
The position requires 5 days a week in the office based in the city.
You will be required to cover the following tasks:
- Lead from the front - Motivate and mentor the team .
- Manage the rota for FOH, ensuring cover between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00.
- Meet and greet all visitors and staff in the office, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage meeting rooms, updating internal guest lists, and arranging refreshments or other requirements.
- Ensure tidiness and general upkeep of the client facing areas and assisting with hospitality for in-house events.
- Liaise with the Events team to provide support for internal events.
- Manage security passes and access to the building for deliveries, and collections.
- Liaise with the Facilities team to support them in the smooth running of the building.
- Deal with clients and fee-earners face to face and on the telephone.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls via the switchboard in a timely manner, displaying empathy and excellent customer service to all callers.
- Manage courier and taxi bookings on behalf of clients and fee earners.
- Continually strive for the best customer service.
The reception area is open 8am-6pm each day, so there will be a rota between 8-5 and 9-6 which will be managed by yourself and the other full-time receptionist.
This great opportunity is paying between £30,000-£35000 depending on experience.
