Charity people are excited to be recruiting a self-motivated and highly experienced Fundraiser to join a national children's charity in the Mass Participation Team and work on a range of activities in line with the NSPCC Events and Products portfolio.
Senior Fundraiser - Owned Products and Events
Salary - £32,203 - £36,595, plus London Weighting (£3,664) or Homeworking allowances where applicable
Currently working from home. Flexible, with options for post-holders to work from one of NSPCC's offices e.g. London based, regional office or home-based.
12-month fixed-term contract
Full time - 35hrs per week
The Mass Participation Team is responsible for attracting new supporters through mass participation events and products to maximize fundraised income. The Senior Fundraiser will be responsible for project managing cross-organizational fundraising campaigns and events, working as a proactive member of the team to ensure that participation levels and net income from each activity are maximized.
About the role
The key aspects of the role are to develop a range of activities in line with the Events and Products portfolio and be responsible for project managing mass fundraising campaigns and events (with a particular focus on virtual products).
You will ensure growth in participation levels whilst increasing net income from each activity to maximise and build on existing activities to increase participation, remittance rates, and income.
You will project manage event and product marketing campaigns as directed, taking responsibility for all aspects of the event including planning and budget management, creative development, marketing activity, stewardship build, and evaluation.
About you
You should have excellent project management skills, event management experience, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
You should have the ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders, creative and marketing agencies, and suppliers.
You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
You should also have the ability to collect, analyze, and present data, set and manage budgets, and negotiate with others successfully to achieve desired outcomes.
