The Role:
As a Graphic Designer at SHEIN, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning materials for both digital and print platforms to supporting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting captivating 3D renders and visuals to bring proposed event designs to life.
• Ensuring timely project completion while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Providing expert advice on best practices and optimization throughout design projects.
• Collaborating with fellow designers to innovate and develop more expressive graphics.
• Skillfully working with various media and graphic design software.
• Establishing and maintaining creative direction within the company's brand guidelines.
• Effectively managing multiple projects, adhering to design specifications and budget constraints.
• Offering valuable insights and recommendations for messaging positions in graphic design pieces.
• Incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
• Creating compelling visualizations that convey precise messaging for each project.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator.
• While not essential, entry-level animation skills are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• A diverse portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.
