Form of workProtech Sire Services are currently recruiting for a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join the team of a National House Builder with a focus on four sites in and around Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of HSE management processes for house building operations, in addition to appropriate HSE qualifications and experience working with major housebuilding organizations. An excellent understanding of industry standards and good practice is essential.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering a high standard of support and guidance in all aspects of HSE management across sites.
- To advise management and site teams in the effective implementation of the HSE management system
- Conducting HSE audits to ensure proper implementation of procedures and best practices
- To promote proactive, sensible and cost-effective ways of continually improving health, safety and environmental performance.
Applicants must hold Chartered Membership of IOSH (we will consider candidates who are currently an IOSH member working towards Chartership) and have a minimum of 5 years' experience within the Construction sector.
