Location: Birmingham
Salary: GBP26,444 - GBP28,759 per annum - SS3.
Job type: Permanent, Full-time.

The Role:
We are recruiting a Senior HR Administrator to join our growing HR team. This key role will be the first point of contact for HR queries, both in person as well as through the HR queries email inbox.
Supporting the team to deliver an effective HR service, the successful candidate will also manage our online learning platform, manage staff absence reporting and review, support the recruitment and onboarding process, oversee the development of an annual wellbeing calendar, and provide the administration for our benefit schemes.
As a team we are also working on a range of projects to support the delivery of our HR Strategy, the Senior HR Administrator would be expected to be a key contributor to this work. Given the varied nature of duties, this is an ideal role for someone looking to gain experience contributing to a range of HR functions.
We are looking for someone who has previous HR experience including working with and advising on key HR policies. Effective communication and organisational skills are also essential along with a focus on providing high quality customer service.
