- Provide high quality advice and support, leading on organisational change projects ie staff restructures, redundancies, TUPE, changes in terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with service leads including BPs, liaising regularly to provide project updates and project progression.
- Provide support and coaching to managers to overcome any barriers and issues to conclude the project within planned timescales.
- Develop and maintain relations with our Trade Unions at all stages of the reviews which you lead on, therefore experience of working with Trade Unions would be advantageous.
