Senior HR Advisor(Employment Law)
Goring on Thames (near Reading) Permanent contract Full or part time considered, minimum 3 days in the office.

A highly successful, financially secure, niche consultancy that has grown consistently and successfully over the past 20 years. Turnover of over GBP700,000 with a healthy six figure profit year on year. Due to our continued growth, we need another senior HR advisor to meet the needs of our clients.
Our clients are mainly small organisations with fewer than 50 employees. We work with over 280 of them on retained contracts as their outsourced HR department, advising at managing director level, and giving them commercial employment law advice to solve their ER issues.

About the Role
We re recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor with expertise and interest in Employment Law / Employee Relations to join our small and happy team, advising and supporting our clients in all aspects of UK employment law. This role doesn t include any recruitment services for our clients.
We re looking for someone who s a natural problem solver, with experience finding creative solutions to challenges and issues.
No need for expertise in all areas of employment law training will be given and Continuous Professional Development is strongly supported (financially and during working hours).
About You
- Good knowledge of employment law (particularly statutory entitlements)
- Experience of managing a strong employee relations case load
- Able to grasp new information quickly and provide excellent customer service
- Comfortable on the phone and virtual meetings and competent in MS Office (especially Word and Outlook), as well as using the internet
- Excellent attention to detail
- No CIPD qualification necessary.
