Waddington Brown is delighted to be supporting a growing business based in Ipswich with the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor. Reporting to the Head of HR, working in a small team and supporting a professional workforce, the role will include:
- Providing coaching & support to managers, ensuring processes are effective
- Responsibility for all employee relations (ER) issues including capability, investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Supporting with HR policies & procedures, in line with employment legislation
- Monitoring & reporting on HR metrics; HRIS
- Managing talent management initiatives, monitoring personal development outcomes
- Leading on administrative processes and supporting to deliver an excellent onboarding experience
- Assisting with HR projects
To be successful in this role you will be commercially minded and have "hands on" operational HR experience gained in a fast paced, proactive environment. Ideally CIPD qualified, or working towards your qualification, you will be able to operate as part of a team as well as being able to use your own initiative and judgement. You will have proven employee relations experience with a good understanding of UK employment law and possess good stakeholder management skills.
