Description
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, the Senior HR Advisor will;
- Provide strategic HR advice to managers and staff
- Handle employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinaries
- Lead on the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on HR metrics
- Contribute to the development of HR strategy
- Support the development and implementation of training programmes
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
