Bournemouth - Senior HR Advisor - upto £36k
Platform Recruitment have partnered with a leading vehicle rental company and are increasingly growing and are looking for a Senior HR Advisor.
Main Duties:
- Providing guidance and advice to employees and managers on all aspects of employment and HR related issues such as equal opportunities, terms, and conditions, leave, pay and benefits
- Developing and implementing HR processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with employment legislation and GDPR. Maintaining effective management of the HR functions
- To act as a role model in relation to equality and diversity, fairness and consistency, professionalism, and care of our employees
- Managing all aspects of employee lifecycle, including contracts, inductions, training, absence management and leaver processes
- Conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations
- Handle and oversee employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinary, performance investigating, and resolving employee grievances, complaints, and disputes
- Managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring that employees are aware of their benefit options and that our benefits are competitive and aligned with industry standards
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within a Senior HR Advisor type role
- Preferably CIPD Level 3 Qualified Minimum
The salary for the position is upto £36k depending on experience
