Do you hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification and are looking for a Senior HR Advisor Role, this could be the job for you!!
What is the day to day of the role?
- Manage team rewards, benefits and recognition schemes
- Support with creating and delivering employee training programmes
- Support with disciplinary and grievance's meetings - including note taking and creating documents
- To be aware of the organisations confidentiality policy and adhere to this at all times
- Up to date with employment law
- Lead on ER Cases
- Lead for Organisations Apprenticeship programme
Required skills and qualifications:
- Level 5 CIPD qualified or above
- Understanding HR best practice and current legislations
- Have strong negotiation skills
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
