Interim Hr Manager / Senior Hr Advisor

Our client based in Christchurch has an immediate requirement for an interim HR Manager / Advisor with drive and lots of energy to join their very busy team, initially for 3 to 6 months. The company work with a diverse portfolio of retailers globally and supply bespoke products within various categories and are market leading in their sector, and they want their people to be extraordinary.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-past environment, is forward-thinking, personable and who has the drive to succeed. This is a varied project-based role where you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in HR across the UK, South Africa and Asia. The main scope of the role will include: 

• Support the co-ordination of a wide scope of exciting projects across HR and Recruitment.
• Culture initiatives – assist in coordinating Global Culture initiatives.
• Administration, general tasks and on-going projects to support the People & Culture department globally, across the UK, Asia and South Africa, including maintaining HR and Recruitment documentation.

Applicants must have recent experience of working at HR Manager or Senior Advisor level and will have experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously. You will be very personable and enjoy working with different personalities, confident in communicating and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, have strong attention to detail and a talent for organisation, have a professional and positive approach, understanding the importance of discretion and confidentiality as well as a strong time management, a proactive work ethic and a passion for business improvement and you must be proficient with HR systems and databases, as well as the Microsoft product suite.
