2nd Line IT Support Engineer. My client based in Watford are looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer with superb customer facing skills, strong technical experience across Windows, Servers, O365, Exchange etc. Please note this role is 100% office based and offers no WFH.
Salary: £35k-£40k + Training/Courses + Bonus + Benefits
You must have:
- 2-3 years plus recent experience in a similar 2nd Line IT support role - please only send in your CV if you have this experience!
- Active Directory.
- Exchange, O365, Teams.
- Windows desktop, server management & common business applications.
- Software deployment.
- Understanding of network concepts and protocols.
- Excellent end user/customer service skills!
Any Group Policy, Azure, Sharepoint, PowerShell, Virtual Desktop skills are a bonus!
Please note my client are willing to take on someone who doesn’t match all the technical skills but has the 2nd Line experience and wiling to learn!
Role involves:
- Collaborate with 1st Line and management to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Document and share troubleshooting steps, issue resolutions and knowledge with colleagues.
- Work closely with IT professionals to identify and implement solutions.
- Software and systems testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and network issues.
