Ashley Kate are currently partnering with a public sector client on their search for some temporary support within their HR team over the next 2 months, with a focus around supporting the HR Manager, with development and promotion of a range of strategic HR initiatives in pursuit of the business' values and the workforce / OD Strategies. As well as, supporting the maintenance of the pay structure, using evaluations and grading schemes, and promoting to senior managers the importance of compliance throughout the business.
 
Temporary assignment until March 2024
Paying £19.81 per hour
Based in Walsall, with hybrid working
Working 37 hours a week, with the potential for part time hours available
