I am seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide expert support and guidance across multiple sites, shaping the HR strategy on a 9 month FTC based in the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and expert advice on HR issues
- Coach and develop HR advisors to reach their full potential
- Manage and support HR Advisor to ensure best practice
- Advise and support managers on policies and procedures
- Lead change management activities with confidence
- Maintain accurate records and provide insightful management information
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
Experience:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice
- 5 years operational experience in an advisory capacity
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coach and navigate complex HR matters
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Resilient and adept at managing demanding situations
- Proven track record in producing HR reports and data
