Senior HR Business Partner
Sanderson is working closely with its Global client to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner for a newly created role to support a new Hr operating model. This role will require visibility across your business areas, and you can expect regular travel to our client’s offices across multiple sites in Dublin, Derry & Belfast and Athlone.
Role Summary
You will be a strong communicator and relationship builder, with proven ability operating at senior stakeholder level. You’ll collaborate with Executive leadership and Senior Leaders to implement the People Plan to drive business outcomes. You will provide expert HR consultancy and deep specialist knowledge, supporting a culture of learning, employee engagement, delivery of strong talent and growing our client’s business and your colleague’s careers.
- Help co-create the People Plan by translating the strategic vision of the business into people priorities.
- Influence your business areas to enable implementation of the People Plan
- Offer thought leadership on organisational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Diagnose gaps between current and desired organisation performance and deploy actions to resolve gaps
- Advocate for talent management and development plans for the business unit
- Identify culture gaps that are a risk to delivery of the business strategy; drive plans to address the gaps.
- Coach and influence senior leaders to drive a performance culture.
- Identify trends, provide insights and recommend solutions on people metrics to improve business performance
- Build close and effective relationships across HR COE’s, using their expertise to deliver on the People Plan for your areas.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ senior HR experience, Partnering at Executive level / Senior Leader level
- Ability to challenge key stakeholders and operate effectively in a complex and ambiguous matrix structure.
- Commercial acumen
- Ability to analyse financial performance and identify people initiatives which drive commercial value.
- Organisational and industry awareness with passion for bringing external thinking to the table.
- Works collaboratively with employee representative groups.
