Senior Hr Generalist

Your new company
My client is a large established manufacturing organisation located in Newport, South Wales who are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join their team to support the HR function in-line with the organisational strategic goals.

Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide advisory services and partnership with senior stakeholders to enable strategies to ensure a positive work experience.
• Assisting and supporting on change management initiatives.
• Collecting and reviewing HR data to identify trends and risks to manage diversity, attraction, retention and career development within the organisation.
• Reviewing policies, procedures and T&C's.
• Leading employee relation cases such as grievances, disciplinaries, absence management, performance management and investigations.

What you'll need to succeed

• CIPD qualification or a relevant degree
• Experience as a HR Generalist
• Manufacturing experience (desired)
• Excellent communication, relationship and organisational skills.
• Understanding of the most up-to-date employment law.
