Full-time, temporary role based in Birmingham, offering up to £23/hour depending on experience, with a view to start immediately. The role is for an initial three months, but with the possibility for extension.
An exciting opportunity to work for a leading Healthcare Brand as HR Lead has just become available! Based in Birmingham, the successful applicant will be handling the TUPE process for transferring the employment of facilities management from supplier to in house, as well as supporting the general process of change in management.
This is an initial temporary position for a minimum of three months, however they may be further permanent opportunities within the company.
Prospective applicants must have previous TUPE experience; being confident with the legalities and processes, as well as experience leading an HR team, and be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified.
With the possibility of flexible and hybrid working, this is a fantastic opportunity for a senior HR professional with TUPE experience to take the next step in their career!
