Senior Hr Reporting & Analytics Manager

Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a leading professional services firm for a Senior HR Reporting & Analytics Manager. Reporting into the Head of HR Analytics, you'll be leading a team of 3 and form part of a wider HR systems team. The business is a reputable name and one of the highest performing leaders in its field. The business uses Workday and have been recognised and used as a case study for its effective adoption of the HRIS. You'll be joining an already high performing and well-established team with the task of continuous improvement in innovation. As the Senior HR Reporting & Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for the effective delivery of all reporting requirements as well as presenting insights through analytics, covering all facets of HR data and utilising Workday and its tools. Duties will include:

• Driving the people analytics strategy with the support of your team.
• Closely working with HR, senior stakeholders such as Partners and all departments such as IT and Finance.
• Identify and exploit opportunities to enhance services to the company's client base.
• Review of current processes and offering, plus the design and introduction of enhancements or new additions where possible.
• Line management and development of team members.
• Reporting and analytics on all aspects of HR data such as talent, ED&I, L&D, Reward, workforce analytics and performance.
• Presenting insights to stakeholders, providing commentary on key metrics and completing effective requirement gathering.
• Ensuring all the correct governance and data security/protection is in place and adhered to.
• Project management and process improvement.
• Dashboard creation and maintenance.

To be considered for this role you must be a people leader that has significant experience with reporting and analytics of HR data. It is essential that you have Workday experience and you should have an appreciation of how Workday HCM operates and security works. A knowledge of Workday integrations and other tools of PowerBI would also be advantageous. You must have effective communication and storytelling skills to give the commentary on the data and analytics to senior stakeholders. You should be a strategic thinking that's able to come up with ideas, solutions and project manage.

This role will offer circa £80k per annum plus a highly agile office working set-up. London office attendance is required but this can just be circa once per month if preferred as long as all work commitments are effectively met. You'll be joining a passionate, collaborative and market leading team. The business has an established reporting function and framework but they have the appetite and investment to continuously drive this forward to add value to the organisation and its clients.
