Salary: £20.79-£23.39/hour

Location: Sidcup

Hours: 9am-5pm

Could this be your next career move?

• Reporting to the Head of HR to undertake the TUPE transfer process for approximately 50 employees
• Understanding the legal and policy, payroll and pension, consultation and engagement requirements
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations
• Maintaining digital copies of employees' records
• Managing the full employee lifecycle
• Updating all HR systems with accuracy

Is this you?

• CIPD Qualified is desirable
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Confident on the telephone and customer focused
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a tea
• Can apply judgement in problem solving
• Patient and empathetic
