The Role:

You will provide a full clerical, administrative and data collection service to the Hub and SIDAS teams.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, professionals and others and will respond to referrals and enquiries about SIDAS.
You will be responsible for collecting and collating data and uploading accurately to the online case management system and collating data for reports.
As the Senior you will oversee the Hub rota to ensure coverage and supervise the delivery of the Hub, support the Hub team with enquiries and referrals and review cases held within the Hub.
You will work with the Operational Manager regarding capacity across SIDAS and ensure referrals are allocated within contract requirements.
You are responsible for administration of the office and carrying out health and safety checks.
