Job Description
Are you an experienced IFA Administrator? If so, our client would love to hear from you! A well-established firm of Chartered Financial Planners who are based just outside of Bristol are looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team.
The Role
You will be providing support the paraplanners and financial planners with all administration duties as required. This will be done by collating information required for regular client review meetings, ensuring client records and back-office records are maintained, dealing with new business applications, Liaising with product providers and other suppliers and dealing with client queries and ad-hoc requests.
The Business
The company are directly authorised and specialise in providing advice in pensions, investments and protection as well as providing corporate services. You will be working alongside paraplanners and financial planners in maintaining existing relationships whilst helping to develop new opportunities.
Training will be provided enabling you to develop, you will have the ability to study with financial support with to develop your career in Financial Services.
Based 5 miles out of Bristol City Centre, you will benefit from onsite parking and beautiful grounds surrounding the office.
