Senior Human Resources Advisor

Elevation Recruitment Groups HR division are working with a well known manufacturing and distribution company based in Sheffield who are recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor.

As a Senior HR Advisor you will play a crucial role supporting the HR Manager who is looking to develop you whilst ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions including:

• Managing ER cases, providing guidance and support for people-related issues such as absence management, health & well-being, disciplinaries and grievances
• Advising and coaching managers, employees and union representatives on company policies and procedures and employment law
• Assisting with the full employee life cycle including recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Liaising with the HR and payroll team to ensure smoothy process of payments, data and reports
• Learning & Development - Identifying training needs and overseeing annual training for employees and line managers to promote personal development and company knowledge

We are looking for someone who has:-

• Broad HR Generalist Experience
• Experience in Employee Relations
• Experience in a manufacturing/logistics industry with exposure to a unionised environment
• Minimum of 2 years experience within HR
