Job description
The post holder will contribute to and support the effective management of the Human Resources Employee Relations team, providing expert advice on a full range of HR issues. The postholder will support the Senior HR Manager to ensure full and effective utilisation of the Employee Relations Tracker System and will have managerial responsibility for the Employee Relations team. He / She will act as a first point of contact providing advice in relation to Employee Relations matters such as Conflict, Bullying & Harassment, Capability, Disciplinary and Grievance and will carry responsibility for an Employee Relations caseload. He / She will also support the HR Manager and Senior HR Manager(s) in ensuring the effective running of the Attendance Management and Health & Well Being functions and will take responsibility for the management of the BSO Redeployment Register. The post holder will participate as required in the delivery of projects or pieces of work as directed by the Assistant Director of HR, Senior HR Manager, HR Manager or other senior HR staff. This work will span across the full range of Human Resources activity including Employee Relations, Attendance Management and Management of Change. The post holder may be required to rotate positions across the HR function. .

University Degree or professional qualification in a Human Resources field AND 2 years experience in a Human Resources role to include the provision of professional advice to managers and staff OR 1b. 3 years experience in a Human Resources role Experience of providing advice in relation to Employee Relations or Attendance Management issues
