As a Senior IFA Administrator, you will collaborate with the client services and Business Development team to enhance the overall customer experience.

Senior IFA Administrator Salary Range: £36,000 - £38,000, Benefits: Dental, PMI, Study Support, Life Cover, 25 Days Holiday + 8 Days Bank Holiday

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives as the technical reference point within a team. As a Senior IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues in the Pensions and Investments department. We are seeking a senior and highly competent administrator with robust technical knowledge in Pensions (SIPPs), capable of resolving complex issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve day-to-day work issues within the department.
• Manage the daily operations of the department, liaising with the New Business Team on policy documentation and processing new business.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of effective systems and processes.
• Support the annual allowance statements for relevant clients.
• Ensure accurate processing of Benefit Crystallisation Events, SIPP Payroll, Transfers Out, and Death Benefits in accordance with procedures.
• Engage with clients and 3rd party companies through effective telephone and written communication.
• Provide support and technical expertise for ad-hoc client requests.
• Coordinate and plan projects for the team.

To Be Considered:

• Working knowledge of UK Pensions administration.
• Experience within the Financial Services Industry.
• Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
