Senior Incentives Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Senior Associate to join a fantastic UK firm in their Employee Incentives and Benefits team, which is part of the tax group. The successful candidate would also work closely with other practice areas, especially with Employment lawyers.

The team acts for private companies from start ups through to exit, with an emphasis on the Tech, Media, Entertainment, and Sports sectors.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England and Wales
• Experience of handling employee incentives, share plans and tax matters.
• Have at least 5 years PQE
• Strong academics.
• Ability to give practical, clear advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivated and enthusiastic.
• Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
