Description
- Oversee and manage procurement activities across various categories.
- Looking after all of the indirect spend for the UK business
- Working with colleagues overseas
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and meet business needs.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure value for money.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage performance.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Profile
A successful Senior Indirect Buyer should have:
- Proven experience in procurement within the FMCG OR manufacturing industry (Ideally)
- Indirect procurement experience (essential)
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
