Do you have experience managing donor campaigns? Are you a highly analytical and creative person who wants to work somewhere that makes a difference?
We are currently hiring for a Senior Individual Giving Executive join our Committed Giving Team (Retention).
Reporting into the Senior Individual Giving Manager (Retention), you will be responsible for the day-to-day campaign management of a range of donor centric programs. You’ll be focus on retention programmes to maximise donor lifetime value. This is an exciting time to join the team and the charity as you’ll play a central role in retaining donors and managing a diverse range of campaigns.
Skills you’ll need:
- Previous experience managing projects and campaigns.
- Experience writing campaign briefs (creative and data).
- Ability to build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously.
- A passion for delivering exceptional donor experience.
Prior experience working with regular giving programmes (direct debit and weekly lottery products) is highly beneficial.
About your team
You’ll be working within the Committed Giving Team who works across 3 key areas: Non-dialogue Acquisition, Direct Dialogue Acquisition (face to face channels) and Stewardship (retention). The team collaborate with the shared aim of delivering exceptional supporter experience and raising the reliable income the hospital needs to help provide extraordinary care for seriously ill children and their families.
