Senior Individual Giving Officer

We are pleased to be working with a leading learning disabilities charity to help them find an outstanding Senior Direct Marketing Officer. Your work will help the charity develop services that promote the independence of service users.  

As a Senior Direct Marketing Officer you will be part of a team that prioritises staff autonomy and collaboration, the team here are really enthusiastic and you will get the chance to develop your career in a way that suits you.

You will plan and deliver innovative and impactful supporter retention and acquisition campaigns across a range of channels, including email, direct mail, telemarketing campaigns and digital activity.   

As a Senior Direct Marketing Officer you will need:  

• Experience in direct marketing, ideally within the charity environment 
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects at the same time, ensuring that supporter/customer experience is prioritised
• Effective CRM skills with strong attention to detail

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 

Contract: Full-time

Location: Sutton – hybrid
