The Strategic Marketing team is responsible for developing a coherent approach to marketing across Diabetes UK that allows us to reach, engage, and support more people living with, or at risk of, diabetes. That's why we're looking for a brilliant Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and help us deliver maximum impact through our fundraising communications.

Main Responsibilities
Working within the Marketing & Communications department, this exciting role will be responsible for leading a brilliant team of three to design and deliver creative, multi-channel fundraising communications and campaigns.
In this role, you'll lead the development of a cohesive marketing strategy for our fundraising event and individual giving portfolio, and support the delivery of impactful comms for key partnerships. You'll work with colleagues to reach, engage, and build meaningful long-term relationships with our supporters, championing an insight-driven, engagement-first approach to marketing with our audiences at its heart.
You'll lead your team to innovate and test new marketing channels and approaches, keeping on the pulse with new marketing trends and opportunities to ensure we can proactively respond to evolving external context.
Ideal Candidate
This is the perfect role for a confident, resourceful strategic thinker with a strong marketing and communications background (gained within an agency or in-house marketing environment). You'll be a skilled communicator, adept at building strong working relationships and developing effective marketing strategies.
You'll have significant hands-on experience delivering multi-channel, innovative campaigns, working with internal and external stakeholders and managing a team to deliver impactful communications.
