Due to an increase in projects won my client, an established and highly successful design firm that provides fully integrated end-to-end services, is looking to expand its team with a Senior Interior Designer for their Riyadh office.

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range and scale of projects from briefing and inception through to project completion and handover. While collaboratively  working  with  the  Director  and  Lead  Interior  Designers to push for design excellence, client satisfaction and efficient / profitable design solutions

The successful Senior Interior Designer will be offered:

Senior Interior Designer ESSENTIALS requirements:

• Currently living in Riyadh
• 10+ years experience as an Interior Designer
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Experience  in  resolving  design  issues  on  site, as well as, performing site inspections
• Developing programming, consulting, strategic space planning, conceptual designs, design development, detailing and production
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment, showing strong collaborative skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit, BIM  and  other 3D modelling softwares
• Experienced in reviewing shop drawings from contractors/manufacturers and an understanding of the implementation of design ideas.
• Ability to build client relationships and sustain business connections

Senior Interior Designer DESIRABLE requirements:

• Free-hand sketching ability
• LEED AP Accreditation
• WELL Certification
• IIDA Membership
• RIBA / AIA or equivalent
• Good knowledge of computer design software, Lumion, Vray, Grasshopper, SketchUp, and InDesign.
• FF&E Pricing in the local market.
