Our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Senior Inventory Associate to support their Warehouse Team with day-to-day operations in the Warehouse.
Job Description
The Senior Inventory Associate will be responsible for executing Goods Receipting activities, Sampling activities, Picking and Kitting activities, Cycle Counting activities, Outbound Shipping and Logistics activities, among others. The role will operate with an emphasis on safety and quality and will be committed to continuous improvement, teamwork, personal development, and delivery of best-in-class service in support of Drug Substance manufacturing operations at the facility.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will have 2-5 years of experience in a Good Manufacturing Production (GMP)-regulated environment. They should have experience using ERP systems at a manufacturing site, forklift license, and be educated to Level 6 minimum. The candidate should be able to work independently and within a cross-functional team, have experience using Microsoft Office programs, and be able to promote a culture where Diversity and Inclusion supported.
What Client Offers
The Senior Inventory Associate will have the opportunity to work closely with both the larger Supply Chain team, as well as other Site departments and key external stakeholders. They will be a key user of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, COMET (SAP), and the Laboratory Management system, GLIMS. The role offers the chance to specialise in one operational area in the Warehouse, participate in audits and GEMBAs as an SME, and support Shop-floor problem-solving. The needs of the business might require a change in shift pattern, including afternoon-shift and weekend support.
