About the role

Develop and manage eCommerce customers to promote brand awareness and secure and grow profitable business. Develop, implement and monitor customer specific sales processes and account plans to meet/exceed sales targets. Frequently analyse customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities. Recommend products and services (value proposition) that fit well with business needs. Drive contract negotiations including terms and conditions, product offers and pricing in line with overall product and pricing strategies , aligning at local or international level as required . L ead on eCommerce reporting and topics within the UKI region . Generate and share knowledge on channel development , customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders .
This full-time position is offered on a hybrid working pattern of up to two days per week working flexibly at home with 3 days office-based .
What you will do
In this varied role you will be responsible for :
Be a sales leader in the business driving the agenda across the Essity business for your customer s
P&L ownership for Key Accounts within the UK business
eCommerce lead for UKI region – sharing data and best practice with wider Essity business for all omni-channel and Pure - Play customers
Line management responsibility for NAM eCommerce
Managing head office relationships for Key Accounts
Develop strategy for future growth of designated customers through leveraging trade investment funds, product mix, and tailored promotional programs
Lead JBP process with assigned customers
Leverage data including customer POS to develop fact based selling stories
Negotiate and gain commitment from accounts on programs which maximize value for investment
Ensure committed executions are implemented smoothly and as per customer commitment
Leverage TPM to plan, manage and evaluate investment ROI on trade funds allocated to each customer
Build solid multi-level business relationships with key decision makers and implementers at accounts
Provide monthly and adhoc business forecasting i.e. Sales & Investments by account by category
Strong communication to keep cross functional team fully apprised on business and customer conversations
Maintain high level of expertise with customer data and vendor portals
Complete required administration for accounts
Who You Are
University degree or equivalent
Experience working within the eCommerce channel – Amazon and/ or marketplaces
FMCG experience an advantage
Strong attention to detail
Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment
Strong cross functional experience
Demonstrated experience and success in project management
Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Proficient with MS-Office in the MS-Windows software, Excel pivot table, PPT, Outlook
Excellent team player and ability to work cross-functionally
Strategic thought leader with the ability to provide strong data-based insights
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to multi-task under pressure
Valid driver’s license and must meet Essity's Corporate Vehicle Policy Standards.
Able to travel nationally and internationally where required
