Cringleford Crackerjacks is an Outstanding sessional preschool with an excellent reputation for high quality early years provision.

We are currently looking for a Senior Key Person to join our dedicated and friendly team in January 2024. This is a particularly exciting time for Crackerjacks as we are planning to expand our provision in September 2024 with the opening of a brand-new Nursery in Cringleford. This is your opportunity to be part of those plans and help us shape the future of Crackerjacks.

You should have recent experience of working with children aged 2-4 years as a Key Person and a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. You will hold at least a Level 2 childcare qualification. The successful candidate will be reliable and have an enthusiastic approach to working with children. They will also need to have excellent communication and organisational skills.

We offer high quality training and support for all our staff in a friendly and caring atmosphere.

Hours of work:  Part time, Term time, Monday – Friday 8.30 am – 3.45 pm*

*Longer hours (including school holidays) may be available from September 2024
