The Department of Psychology is seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer. About the role You will join our highly supportive team of Clinical Psychologists, conducting innovative research and teaching on our Doctorate in Clinical Psychology Programme (DClinPsy). We welcome applications from HCPC registered Clinical Psychologists who have a DClinPsy or equivalent. Team working skills and a passion for leadership in the training new clinical psychologists in a leading higher education environment are essential. This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis. About the Department Our Department of Psychology is world-renowned for its excellence in research and teaching, regularly appearing in the top 5 in national league tables (e.g., The Complete University Guide). Research in the department occurs across more than six sub-disciplines in psychology, including clinical, cognitive, developmental, environmental, forensic, health, and social psychology. The department resides in a new purpose-built £30 million building, containing 10,000 square feet of state-of-the-art labs for interview, social group observation, EEG/ERP, virtual reality, psychobiology, eye-tracking, pain, cross-modal, and computerised testing.
