Senior Legal Cashier Our client, a well-established law practice with two offices based in Kettering, is currently seeking a Senior Legal Cashier to join their team. This full-time, office-based position requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in legal accounts and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously. Responsible for day-to-day Senior Legal Cashier duties, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Solicitors Account Rules. Key Responsibilities: * Managing office and client payments * Handling billing processes * Submitting VAT returns * Conducting bank reconciliations * Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Account Rules * Addressing general account queries * Performing month and year-end duties * Undertaking Sage Payroll responsibilities The preferred candidate will showcase the ability to thrive under pressure, meeting tight deadlines effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The candidate must have a deep understanding of the Solicitors Account Rules. Working hours are from 8:45 am to 5:00 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break at 1:00 pm.
