Where Do You Fit In?
Youll be involved in a wide variety of work, collaborating directly with our experienced General Counsel. Working with top law firms, your stakeholders will include members of the senior management team, the Board of Directors, and our majority shareholder (Carlyle Group).
Youll play a key part in our business, carrying out a broad range of legal work, particularly with financial services regulatory and corporate legal matters. Youll be advising on and co-ordinating the integration of acquired businesses and be involved in M&A activities. Youll work on debt and equity financing arrangements, and advise on and support strategic initiatives and projects, including regulatory projects. Youll also be involved in negotiating commercial contracts, including supplier and outsourcing arrangements.
Youll be able to work autonomously, with plenty of support available as and when you need it.

Well need you to work three full days per week. We offer hybrid working with a mix of working from a central London office and from home.
What do you need to succeed?
- Youll be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister (England and Wales or other common law jurisdiction) with demonstrable legal experience, preferably within financial services or another regulated sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise, manage conflicting deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
