Have you got good experience as a Senior Legal Secretary working within the law industry and Family Law or with legal aid contract?

As a Senior Legal Secretary you will be able to:

• Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to legal professionals
• Manage and organise legal documents and correspondence
• Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and agreements
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for legal team
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries from clients and other parties
• Maintain filing systems and databases efficiently

Are you proficient in Legal terminology and procedures and great Organisation skills? Able to provide fantastic administrative support such as managing diaries, taking a minute of team meetings, drafting letters, assisting in the preparation of Court documents including applications and statements and booking barristers?
