Responsibilities as a Senior Lettings Administrator
- Spare room / online platforms (incoming & outgoing)
- Corresponding & liaising with tenants
- Conducting viewings
- Managing the application process
- Check ins & check outs
- Organising maintenance
- Answering the telephone
- Invoicing
- PA duties
- AST & Arthur data management
- Maintaining and improving efficiency of the business
- Increasing revenue of business
- Corresponding with the office / contractors
- Inspections
- Social media management
- Website management
Experience / Skills
- Experience in Lettings Management / Business Development / Sales / Face to Face Client
- Excellent literacy & English skills, both verbally and written
- Time management and organisational skills
- Task prioritisation abilities
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Professional with an enthusiastic attitude

Job Title: Senior Lettings Administrator

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
