A Senior Logistics Coordinator is required on a permanent basis for a logistics provider based in Dyce.
As Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the company's forwarding activities.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Organising importing and exporting of cargo.
Ensuring management is aware of and complies with legislation and regulations regarding the movement of goods.
Ensuring that the team maintains a high standard of professional and technical knowledge by identifying and recommending appropriate training.
Developing relationships with customers and key suppliers.
Maintaining and promoting team awareness of market developments in regard to key suppliers, changing regulation, and in changes to commercial risk.
Ensuring that members of the team play an effective part in the general management and administration of the department.
