- To manage and be responsible for overall and efficient of the 14forty contract services to a high standard.
- Manage positive client relationships with regular contact to understand needs and requirements.
- To be responsible for recruitment, development and training for team members
- Manage budget and deliver value for money.
- Follow company guidance on sustainability and best practice.
- Troubleshooting any onsite problems
- Dealing with client requests as they come through
- Overseeing the day to day management of the building & its functions
- Making sure that all HR duties are completed
- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven experience in Soft Services Facilities Management
- Ability to work within and also develop strong and concise SOP’s and processes.
- Experience in people management, leading a team to deliver result
- Experience with events management and/or operational management ideal
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership with the ability to deliver results
- Be able to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
- IT literate
