Senior Management Accountant

We are currently recruiting for an Commission Analyst to join our established and experienced finance team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your role
You will have responsibility for running the management of reporting, business analysis,
performance management and operational planning/forecasting cycle for Commission and RA's as directed by the Accounting & Analyst Lead.
You will spend your time shaping, collecting, analysing, modelling, interpreting, forecasting and reporting on information with the aim of improving and understanding the financial performance of Commission and Commission DAC.
You will have the opportunity to use and develop your skills in a variety of topics, ranging from investigating and troubleshooting actual or suspected performance issues to working on strategic business projects.
In addition, you will add value through your ability to understand and clearly communicate with others about business performance.
About you
You will be a qualified accountant with previous post qualification experience, ideally with a large multi layered organisation.
You will have experience of building good relationships with non-financial stakeholders, couple with experience of presenting financial data.
